Data Deletion Instructions

Use this page to request deletion of your SmartReplyHub account, connected-account data, or other stored information. If you only want to remove one conversation, contact, or connected account, mention that in your request and we will review it.

If you are already signed in, you can also open Settings → Account Deletionto submit the request directly from the app.

1. What you can request

• Delete your SmartReplyHub user account.
• Delete business, onboarding, or billing information tied to your account.
• Delete connected-account data, such as Meta or Google tokens, where possible.
• Delete conversation history, contacts, tags, notes, flows, templates, and files.
• Delete web widget session data and visitor identifiers where technically feasible.

2. How to submit a request

Signed-in users can request deletion from Settings → Account Deletion. If you cannot access the app, send an email to support@smartreplyhub.com with the subject line Data deletion request.

In the message, include the email address used for the account, the business name if available, and a short description of what you want deleted. If you are submitting on behalf of a business, please use an email address that can confirm authorization to act for that business.

3. What happens next

We review deletion requests manually. We may ask for additional information to verify the account owner or authorized business contact. After review, we will delete or disable access to the requested data where technically feasible and where we are not required to retain certain records for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

4. Retained records

Some information may be retained even after a deletion request, such as billing records, audit logs, security logs, or records we must keep to comply with law or resolve disputes. If we must retain specific items, we will keep them only for the required purpose.
