Cookie and Browser Storage Notice
Last updated: August 4, 2026
SmartReplyHub uses a small amount of browser storage to keep the product working smoothly. We do not use this page to describe advertising cookies. Instead, it explains the browser storage and session-related data used by the dashboard, marketing site, and web widget.
1. What we use
- Authentication storage - the dashboard may store auth state in localStorage so you stay signed in across page loads.
- Theme preference - we may store the selected theme or UI preference in browser storage.
- Widget visitor and session identifiers - the web widget stores a visitor ID and session ID so the chat can continue across page loads.
- Operational session data - we may store small technical values required for the widget or embedded flows to function correctly.
2. Why we use it
We use browser storage to:
- Keep users logged in to the dashboard.
- Remember basic interface preferences.
- Maintain widget continuity for visitors.
- Support product security and operational reliability.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies or similar technologies in the future for product functionality or analytics, but the current product primarily relies on browser storage such as localStorage for the functions described here. If we change our approach, we will update this notice.
4. Managing your browser storage
You can usually clear browser storage through your browser settings. Clearing browser data may sign you out of the dashboard or reset widget/session preferences.
